$80,000 - $110,000 inc super
New opportunity for an experienced Bid and Tender Coordinator to join a well-respected national law firm.

You will be a confident, motivated individual who is looking to take ownership of coordinating tenders, submissions and EOIs, supporting the bids process from start to finish and working with some intelligent stakeholders to create compelling value propositions.

Key responsibilities:

Oversee and take responsibility for all bids, expressions of interest from endtoend
Coordinate with the business on contributions to the bid response
Deliver compelling nontechnical content for the tender, such as the Executive Summary
Manage timelines, expectations and delivery with stakeholders
Work closely with the partnership on how to best position the firm to ensure pitch to win rates remain high
Keep the collateral library up to date

Key Skills/Experience required:

High degree of commercial acumen
Exceptional attention to detail, written skills, and previous experience at influencing and negotiating
Excellent communication skills and the ability to communicate at all levels in this role you have the unique opportunity to work with everyone in the business
