Reporting to the Retail Operations Manager, this role provides operational support to POLITIX retail stores and the retail operations team.

This role is responsible for the coordination of all operational and administrative initiatives, acts as key point of communication between the POLITIX store and Retail Operations team and delivers effective internal customer service.

Key Responsibilities

To act as the conduit between all divisions of head office and stores. This will include but not be limited to communication around promotional activity, weekly bulletins, operational changes and other business messaging.
Coordinate retail operations communications in line with the retail calendar.
Manage all external suppliers with the support of the Retail Operations Manager.
Assistance in creating retail policy and procedures.
Retail brand expense management as well as invoicing.
Coordinate new store openings/closures/refurbishment checklist with key departments and stakeholders including the supply of retail resources and communication with external vendors as required.
Execute the development and rollout of seasonal training events such as Regional & Area Manager Conferences and Store Manager meetings in order to educate, inspire and engage retail teams.
Retail experience including store management would be highly regarded
Experience in an administrative role
Strong verbal and written communication skills
A team player as well as someone who can thrive individually as well as identify key opportunity.
High level of skill in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint) and InDesign suite (InDesign training can be provided)
Excellent communications skills and ability to collaborate across a variety of stakeholders and levels
Ability to juggle multiple projects effectively
A team player with a passion for retail and POLITIX
