Their Lending team is seeking a Credit Manager to join their team and be part of their vision to be the valued lifelong partner.

Based in Springvale supporting the South Eastern area of Melbourne this firm is helping clients obtain their financial goals.


About the Role
‍This role will be supporting two Mortgage Brokers. With an administrator to do the administrative tasks this role will enable this division to service more clients in a timely manner.

  • Collaborating efficiently within your lending cluster to ensure clients are provided with the highest level of credit management, support, and service while maintaining compliance and adherence to standards
  • Clear communication and collaboration with the Lending Adviser/Director of Lending while actively contributing to the entire group business vision and mission statement
  • Conducting serviceability calculations and assisting with lender recommendations
  • Liaising with agents, accountants, solicitors & conveyancers and developing a good rapport with clients to support the client relationship (Pre and Post Loan settlement)
  • Utilising My CRM Loan market & lending support tools & technology to facilitate document management including filing, faxing, and scanning
  • Contributing positively to the community and maintaining high ethical and educational standards while continually striving to enhance learning & development ‍

What we need


  • A degree in Business, Commerce, Accounting, or Finance.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Good understanding and experience in lending, credit management, and compliance.
  • Good communication, interpersonal, and relationshipbuilding skills.
  • Detailoriented, good timemanagement, and organisational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fastpaced environment. ‍
