About the Team


The Business Performance & Reporting Team supports the Business Banking & Agribusiness Division (BBAB) and key stakeholder needs, through a centralised dedicated business partner and analytic support model that delivers quality analytics and advice.

The team's focus is on measuring and reporting on performance, strategy and initiatives which will deliver our products and services to our customers.


As the
Business Performance Partner and reporting to the Senior Manager, Business Performance and Reporting you will partner with key internal stakeholders within Business & Agribusiness Banking providing performance advice and insights.


As a trusted performance advisor you will:

  • Develop and implement performance measurement tools, approaches and frameworks to generate BAU reports to measure BBAB business performance to strategic objectives
  • Support data driven business decision making by providing analytical insights including financial, operational and customer analytics tailored to the needs of BBAB
  • Support financial performance of BBAB by generating BAU reports for target setting and cost management purposes
  • Proactively identify opportunities and initiatives to improve BBAB business performance, growth and operational efficiencies
  • Work in a consultative manner to build effective relationships with key stakeholders within BBAB

About you

To be successful you will have:

  • Bachelor Degree in Business, Finance, Commerce or related discipline with Post Graduate qualifications highly desirable
  • Experience in a similar analytical role with demonstrated experience in statistical modelling and business intelligence tools such as QlikSense/Power BI/ SAS-EG, SQL, Python
  • Advanced understanding of financial and performance reporting methodologies
  • Highly developed report writing and presentation skills via Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Project, Visio
  • Excellent relationship building skills with the ability to advise and support key stakeholders
  • Experience within Banking and Financial Services ideal but not mandatory
