$140, $160,000.00 Year 7+ yrsThis is a role for someone who has expert experience across managing entire Performance media campaigns with entrepreneurial spirit and is now looking for a more strategic role leading a team of performance experts within the business.

In this role, you will act as the 2IC to the Head of Marketing and act as a crucial member of the marketing function

You will cover all Biddable media (SEM, Display, Social, Native, Programmatic), SEO + test & learn (LP, creative, channels, partners, funnels).

What you will bring:

7+ year experience in Performance Media ideally with experience working alongside the sales team
Entrepreneurial and growth mindset.
Team management experience is a must 5+ direct reports
Experience in the finance and insurance space
Comfortable understanding of digital media channels and the wider digital landscape
Some experience delegating and managing junior team members
Be an effective communicator
