This growing, boutique engineering consultancy in Perth is looking for an enthusiastic Structural/Façade / Architectural Draftsperson with 2 to 4 years' experience to fulfill a key role in the team.

We are a fast-growing Structural and Façade Engineering company based in Perth, providing Engineering Consultancy services for quality Architectural designs for Clients, Architects, Contractors, and Sub-contractors.

We also provide Heritage Engineering design services, remedial work advice and other complementary Engineering design services making the workload varied and interesting throughout our employee's careers.

The Opportunity:

Your role will include the design and documentation of a wide and varied range of projects from $20k to $1bn.

You will be given the opportunity to run projects and liaise directly with clients.

As a small practice you will get hands on support from the director and your fellow team members. Working for Atelier JV you will not feel like a small cog in a big machine.

The office environment is friendly, with a mix of people in five complimentary businesses, who work and interact together in the same building.

The Position:

We are looking for a Structural / Façade / Architectural Draftsperson and Façade Designer with 2 to 4 years' experience in the industry.

You will need appropriate qualifications with evidence of your experience in the design of a variety of projects using different materials.

This is a full-time, permanent position.

Experience in AutoCAD / Revit is a pre-requisite.

This role would suit a person that is motivated and passionate about design of the built environment, with a strong work ethic and the desire to achieve company and self-driven goals.

A keen interest in Architectural designs is a definite advantage.


Tasks include:

• Structural/Façade Engineering AutoCAD and Revit Drafting
• Structural/Façade Engineering and Shop Detailing Drafting in other software as required
• Architectural Documentation
• Shop Detailing
• Project CAD set up
• Development, maintenance and filing of CAD Standards
• Drafting coordination with CAD technicians from consultants in other disciplines
• Document control for online project collaboration websites and file transfer sites used on projects
• Project Documentation Delivery
• Documentation layout, Schematic Design through to Construction Documentation
• Detailing
• Drawing numbering
• Transmittals
• Delivery of documentation
• Selfchecking documentation

Pay:
$70, $80,000.00 per year
