Job Description:


As a member of the People & Culture (P&C) Operations team this role is responsible for providing a broad range of support services to the wider the P&C team and business assisting with queries, requests and policy advice.


In this role you will:

  • Act as a first point of contact for all employee queries which are managed through the Service Now platform.
  • Triage and reassign queries to the relevant area of P&C if escalation if required.
  • Complete actions in the HRIS system (Workday).
  • Assist employees with Workday queries and provide guidance in relation to processing changes.
  • Prepare contracts of employment as well as other letters, as required.
  • Provide administrative support and ensure all staff records are up to date.
  • Answer and action phone calls.
  • Monitor background checks for all employees.
  • Identify continuous improvement opportunities and assist with the implementation of these tasks.
  • Assist with ad hoc projects as required.
  • Support cyclical activities as required.
  • Actively ensure the highest standards of delivery and collaboration.

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • Exceptional administration skills
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills
  • Energetic and positive mindset
  • Excellent organisational and planning skills
  • Qualification in Administration or relevant studies (desirable)
  • Proven track record of working effectively in a team environment
  • 12 years' experience in a Human Resource function
  • Familiarity with standard concepts of HR and payroll data
  • Experience in Financial Services Industry (desirable).
