We're looking for bilingual professionals, either Mandarin or Cantonese, to join our Global Client Services team here in Melbourne This team will be responsible for high-quality services and day-to-day operations at a global level.

What You Will Do:

Support our clients at all levels
Assist clients with the KYC procedure
Provide a tour around the trading platform
Build client trust and satisfaction through professional support and training
Be keenly aware of the competitive landscape and understand financial markets
Collect clients' feedback and analyse how clients' experience can be improved
Keep open communication between the departments to resolve any issues
Dispute handling

A Bit About You:

Bilingual is highly desirable, specifically in Mandarin or Cantonese
Previous experience in the customer services field, preferably in financial services
Knowledge about the CFD industry and relevant products is highly preferable
Professional service over online communication channels
Ability to work under pressure, while working towards the team's goal
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Organisational skills including time management
Analytical thinking and good judgement
