Role Overview
You will be an experienced Application/Production Support professional, with experience in a trade floor environment.

Skills & Experience

Strong Experience in Application/Production Support position, ideally within financial services.
Trade Floor (investments) support essential.
Working knowledge/support experience of Linux OS.
Strong ITIL experience (problem, incident, change and release).
IBM Websphere MQ
Oracle, Microsoft SQL Server
AWS (S3, EC2, ECS)
Splunk, AppDynamics
A solid client service focus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are a must.
Strong Troubleshooting and problem solving skills.
