Muswellbrook Community Corrections Office

Employment Type: 1x (Ongoing/Temporary) Full Time, 1x Part Time (2days Per week)


Salary:
$70,694 -$76,857 pa + Superannuation + Annual Leave Loading


Your role


As part of Muswellbrook Community Corrections Admin team, you will perform administrative and reception services to internal and external clients to support the delivery of quality services for the organisation.

You will also undertake a range of administrative support services relating to the business, including non-complex client matters, word processing, data entry, preparing correspondence, taking minutes, maintaining electronic and file records and support with meetings and events.

What you ll do
To be successful for this role, you will be a true team player with excellent communication and organisational skills. You will always maintain confidentiality whilst utilising your proven experience to meet the demands of this role effectively.

Resilience, initiative, high attention to detail and accuracy along with the ability to work under pressure are the key attributes to succeed in this fast-paced role.
