VCAT is part of Victoria's justice system and is a tribunal that serves the community by resolving disputes that are civil in nature and making decisions in administrative, human rights and guardianship cases.

The Planning and Environment Division is leading the way in VCAT's digital transformation and provides an exciting opportiunity to assist in developing new processes and workflows.

This important work will be critical to the future digitisation for all divisions across the tribunal and provide a greater experience for the tribunal's users.

About the role

As a Team Leader you are responsible for managing the day to day operations of the Planning & Environment Division of VCAT, under the direction of the Registrar and Deputy Registrar.

You will play a crucial role in providing staff training and developing operational processes for the new digital environment.
