In this role you will have the opportunity to execute the onboarding of clients onto Perpetual Digital's platform product suite including systems integration, overall performance, and client experience.

Capture and define technical requirements for new digital products from product, business and client stakeholders.
Lead the translation of business requirements into technical specification for product features and supporting data models and technologies.
Identify gaps in current product technology functionality and propose recommendations to address these including new concepts, features, reports or data sets.
Conduct technical investigative work to identify appropriate and practical solutions which meet the needs of the business, align to enterprise standards, and ensure that the team can deliver outcomes.
Ensure complex technical specifications communicate user requirements in technical terms for submission to development teams.
Interpret and translate analysis results into quality technical specifications and or user stories that are insightful, clear and succinct.
Analysis of technical platform, architecture and technology stack
Analysis of data, security, technology and the implementation of improvements.
Coordinate & communicate with key stakeholders.
Assist with technical client enquiries

To be considered for this opportunity, your qualifications, skills and experience could include:

Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science or Electronics Engineering or an equivalent qualification
A minimum of 3 years' experience working as the technical BA role for a software development team
Solid Knowledge of Agile practices, patterns and technique
Strong ability in authoring technical documentation, business requirements, and user stories
Extensive experience with Data, BI & Analytics development (with a primary focus on Microsoft)
Strong SQL skills to both develop and execute queries
Working knowledge of Microsoft Azure Stack (Analytics, Storage, Integration)
Experience with BI tools would be highly regarded
A strong understanding of the Microsoft technology stack (SQL Server, Integration Services, Analysis Services, Tabular, Reporting Services, etc.)
Excellent interpersonal skills to ensure effective relationships with stakeholders
Experience in presenting to senior levels
