Job description
You will be required to maintain a high degree of customer service, Create, implement, and maintain system guidelines and manuals for users, circulating these as required through "How to guide/video tutorials, newsletters".
Assist with Conducting training sessions and workshops on system processes when required and Assist in the implementation of the IT policy/change management.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
A genuine passion for technology
Sound troubleshooting skills
A genuine "can-do" attitude
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work well both autonomously and in a team environment
Can prioritise and meet deadlines
Organised, structured and disciplined approach in managing daily workload
Working knowledge of Office 365 Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and SharePoint.
