There's a number of projects on the roadmap which you can contribute to including:

  • Cloud transition of our existing enterprise solutions including TechnologyOne Financials, Pathway Property and Rating and Content Manager recordkeeping software along with a suite of departmental specific solutions.
  • Future implementation of an asset management solution and customer relationship management solution
  • Digital transformation of business processes through build out of functionality in the enterprise solutions
Council's IT systems are currently based on a hybrid cloud/datacentre approach.

Council uses Azure, Teams Telephony, Genesys, O365, VMWare, Veeam, SQL Server and Windows Server, running over a Cisco network and a variety of remote working solutions.

The network design is changing to a Fortinet based software defined network with VPN capabilities to support remote working.


Council is located in Randwick, in the beautiful eastern beaches of Sydney, with easy access to Clovelly, Coogee and Maroubra beaches for an after work swim.

Things you will do:


  • You will undertake change management activities, including coordination of testing across the business to minimise risks when change occurs
  • You will work on the underlying infrastructure including user authentication, network and security design and backups in conjunction with other team members.
  • You will manage an assigned case load of support requests from the business.
