Are you interested in working outdoors - enjoying the fresh air and away from the city hustle?

Do you have experience as a trade assistant or labourer, using power tools and following plans or detailed instructions?


This established and successful Australian company plays an important role in the agricultural and horticultural sector by providing growing structures and systems to large-scale farming organisations who are located anywhere from the outskirts of Melbourne to regional Victoria and beyond.

The business is driven by precision design and engineering as well as quality on-site construction and installation practices.


These permanent positions are focused on the on-site erection of growing structures and the systems contained within those structures (benches, fans, irrigation, cables and tech systems).

The work is physical and requires competency in site preparation, the safe moving and lifting of materials, and the assembly of components according to detailed plans and work methods.

Accompanying your trade assistant or labouring experience, we're ideally looking for the following:
