Join our Outpatients Department at The Royal Melbourne Hospital:

Full time, ongoing administrative role:

Work Monday to Friday + salary packaging + ADOs

The Royal Melbourne Hospital Outpatients Department is a major tertiary referral centre providing a range of specialist consultations for patients referred to us via their GP, Emergency Department or on leaving RMH as an inpatient. The Outpatient Department sees over 200,000 patients a year.

Your new role:

The Data Quality Officer Administrator will work closely with the rest of the outpatient team, clinicians and wider RMH team to:

Ensure our patients and their families receive an excellent service
Help facilitate a smooth patient journey through our service from referral, booking, registration and clinic admin
Help to administer outpatient clinic systems and monitor data integrity of those systems

About You:

Excellent communication skills and experience working in a team
Previous experience working in a hospital or medical clinic setting
Ability to multitask with excellent attention to detail
Demonstrated problem solving ability
