About Us


This is both a strategic and operational role, requiring you to work closely with the General Managers of a Staffing & Recruitment and (2) Sports Media businesses to set the direction and then execute the relevant activity across all revenue channels.


Task & Responsibilities

  • Strategic marketing & budgeting planning across the group of businesses
  • Developing and monitoring campaign budgets
  • Planning and managing our social media platforms
  • Implementation of initiatives and promotions to deliver a customer experience
  • Brand & communications management
  • Market research to provide new ways to promote the group
  • Building and maintaining relationships with business managers to drive sales

Experience & Qualifications

  • Achieve marketing targets and KPI's while ensuring the highest level of customer service
  • Implement and negotiate marketing strategies to increase brand awareness
  • Organisational skills, sense of urgency with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
  • Customer focus and able to develop effective working relationships with all people
  • Highly creative, excellent analytical abilities and can influence people
  • Exceptional oncamera and inperson presentation skills
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
