The role

As a Junior Partnerships Manager, you will assist the sales team to help onboard, manage and support a fast-growing list of clients.

Some of the day-to-day things you will do includes:

Providing general administration support to the sales team;
Onboarding corporate customers and setting up their products and services;
Inducting customers onto our live reporting dashboard;
Manage the successful delivery of products and services to customers;
Liaise with internal writers and content team to deliver products and services in a timely manner;
Publish adverts, articles and send mailouts (Mailchimp) once approved by customers;
Maintain and update sales and customer records (Hubspot);
Preparation of monthly sales and statistics reports.

Who we are looking for

12 years experience in an administrative or account support position;
Passion for providing excellent customer service;
Experience in Investor Relations dealing with ASXlisted companies;
Accurate data entry skills with strong attention to detail
Ability to work in a fastpaced environment that liaises with a variety of internal & external stakeholders
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritize your workflow & manage your time efficiently
Exposure to CRM systems highly regarded
Team player with a positive disposition
A positive and proactive approach with a willingness to learn
