We are seeking a proactive and experienced Executive Assistant / Client Service Coordinator to join our team in Caulfield.

As a CSC/EA you will be supporting our Business Advisory team and Partners.
You will be responsible for providing EA support to our Partners, managing client communication and files, preparing correspondence and other administrative tasks.
Key responsibilities:
- Support our Business Advisory Partners in an EA capacity;
- Support financial metrics e.g. PIQ Reports, invoicing
- Create and maintain client files;
- Communicating directly with clients to address queries;
- Administrative and operational support to our Business Advisory team;
- Accurate administration of clientrelated files and document management;
- Fee posting and billing for Partners;
- Preparation of engagement letters, proposals and reports;
- Administering the ATO and ASIC portal; lodgements, attending ATO queries and ATO mail management
- Prepare meeting/boardrooms agendas, room set up and taking meeting minutes;
- Reception relief as required.
About you:
- Experience in a similar Client Service Coordinator, Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant role, ideally within professional services (accounting, legal).
- Experience with electronic document management systems (i.e. FYI Docs),
APS and Now Infinity is beneficial; - Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint:
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent IT literacy.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Driven and selfmotivated.
- Ability to work as a team player, and autonomously as required.
