THE ROLE


To consolidate and expand further their activities in Australia and in the Asian South Pacific Area our client is now looking for an HR Assistant to join their team in Sydney.


As an HR Assistant, you will be responsible for the smooth running of the everyday administrative processes of our client's Sydney Office as well as assist the senior management by dealing with external vendors.


YOUR MAIN TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:


  • Assisting the management and ensuring smooth functioning of the office.
  • Managing the payments to subcontractors and suppliers
  • Managing the branch accounting
  • Keeping contact with the Head Office General Secretary in Europe
  • Managing and developing commercial documentation for the Australian branch
  • Coordinating project logistics

SELECTION CRITERIA

  • To be successful for this position, you would have:_
  • University graduate in a relevant field
  • Proven experience in similar position preferably in engineering, construction, mining and/or large infrastructure consulting companies
  • Confident in oral and written communication in English, any additional language will be a plus
  • Advanced user of Office 365, in particular Excel, Word and Powerpoint
  • Experience in the management of Sharepoint and Onedrive platforms
  • Proactive and skilled in team coordination
