Job Overview
At the core of our business is the preparation and ongoing maintenance of detailed critical path schedules using Project Management (PM) software.
The consultant role offers the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, from Tier 1 contractors to small start-ups.
You will work with a diverse team of experts and have an appreciation for consultant based work. Improving cross-sales opportunities and identifying other service needs our clients may have is also expected.Reports to

Responsibilities and Duties
- Creation of professionallooking schedules/programmes using building logic and demonstration of practical experience in MS Project, Powerproject, Primavera and Synchro.
- Demonstrate exceptional time management skills specifically relating to multiple stakeholder management.
- Ability to work in a team environment to accept and delegate work as required which is critical in a consulting environment.
- Regular onsite visits to building sites that require status reporting.
- Understanding and compliance with the Solid Support Systems (SSS) and the ability to maintain and improve processes to meet the required standard.
- Maintain accurate timesheets and expense records weekly.
- Seek and engage with local networking and relevant industry events and Universityaffiliated events with a view to building your professional networks and opportunities for the entire Solid Support service range.
Additional Responsibilities
- Good understanding of all products in the Solid Support range, with a view to crossselling to existing engagements.
- Discovering and developing new clients and fields of work using crossselling techniques as instructed by Solid Support.
- Attend internal training as directed.
- Maintain an active presence on LinkedIN to represent Solid Support to build networks and capitalise on branding opportunities.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Participation in Solid Support's Performance and Development program to align your learning and career objectives with broader business strategy.
- Contribute to revenue targets as per the business and product goals shared by your State Managers.
- Deliver on the billable hours' targets set.
- Meet customer satisfaction targets.
- Compliance with the Solid Support Systems process and procedures.
Knowledge and Skills
- Knowledge of project management software and programming logic in MS project, Powerproject or Primavera.
- Advanced knowledge of the Australian building work practices and site procedures.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Degree / Diploma qualified in Engineering, Building or Construction Project Management.
- A minimum of 1 years experience on Australian commercial or residential projects or experience in a similar role.
