As a Premium Services Executive Host, your core purpose will be to ensure all our Premium and VIP Guests have a positive and memorable experience that exceeds their expectation.

What are we looking for?

Proven experience within the Premium/VIP Guest Experience team is preferred
Exceptional interpersonal skills to build relationships with guests and internal stakeholders
Passionate about creating memorable guest experiences through everyday interactions
Polished fivestar grooming and personal presentation.
Adapting communication styles to different audiences
Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of the loyalty program
