MCA Group are currently looking for a experienced Concrete Supervisor
- Previous experience on Commercial projects
- Excellent project planning skills
- Supervisors are required to have an open channel of communication with all workers on site.
- Read and interpret drawings.
- Identify drawing deficiencies required to complete works.
- Know the project scope of works.
- Ensure all drawings are recent and followed by workers.
Maintain quality across all work activities.
- Assist and mentor workers where required.
- Comply with site safety rules/ statutory legislation.
- Maintain projects safety documentation.
- Project Planning
- Maintain weekly/fortnightly planning.
- Maintain open channel of communications with Building Management Team/Site management.
- Completing daily activity & control paperwork.
- Organising and delegation of work duties, assisting where required.
- Coordinating job progress, subcontractors & labour requirements to manage project.
- Maintain daily site diary
- Projects Issues/daily activities against work tasks.
- Maintain ITP'S (Inspection Test plans)
- Report frequently to MCA management.
Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time
Salary:
$100, $150,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
