Comcare is partnering with Aurec Group to fill three roles in the Technology and Information Management Team on an Ongoing basis:

EL1 Cloud Services Team Lead
EL1 SharePoint Administrator
EL1 Strategy and Architecture Team Lead

Each of the roles are Full-time with flexible working arrangements and a hybrid work environment.

EL1 Cloud Services Team Lead
The Cloud Services team is a unit within Technology and Information Management.

The team is responsible for providing architectural & project services to Comcare to develop, implement and migrate services to the cloud.

The team is also responsible for managing and supporting key systems within Comcare's ICT environment.

The role is accountable for managing the delivery of the right cloud and hosting services through the design, planning, and implementation of cloud services.

The role will help identify, define and manage appropriate change as required to keep the Cloud and Hosting services up to date and ensure benefits are realized.

The role requires you to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to understand their data requirements and provide trusted advice on how to achieve their objectives.

EL1 SharePoint Administrator

This role will be responsible for the planning, design and provide ongoing administration, technical operational support, and maintenance to the various Microsoft SharePoint environments including enterprise web content for Comcare's Intranet and technical administration of the records management platform.

This role will be focussed on driving technology change and problem solving for the organisation, whether it is a simple issue that enables a user to work faster or a solution that improves efficiency/productivity for a bigger team.

EL1 Strategy and Architecture Team Lead

As the EL1 ICT Strategy & Architecture team lead, you will exercise your strengths in consulting, customer engagement, and technology to help Technology tackle Comcare's digital business transformation needs.

You will be responsible for ensuring the design and architecture of various solutions for engagements ranging from enterprise-wide, transformative digital initiatives to tightly focused proofs-of-concept on emerging technologies.

Eligibility

EL1 Team Lead Cloud Services mandatory requirements:

Minimum 4 years of experience managing delivery in a cloud environment and/or multi-datacentre environment
Proven experience leading support and strategy of an infrastructure environment
Extensive understanding of IaaS/ PaaS/SaaS/xaaS Cloud business models, user experience, and multitenancy architecture Experience with best practices such as ITIL V
Some intra and interstate travel is required, including overnight absences
Ability to obtain a Negative Vetting 1 Security Clearance.

EL1 SharePoint Administrator mandatory requirements:

Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or similar
At least 2 years' experience as a SharePoint administrator
Extensive knowledge of Windows operating systems, as well as SQL Server, Power BI, PowerShell, and Office 36
Knowledge of SharePoint tools, workflows, and SharePoint forms for tasks.
