Opportunity for a Property Services Officer to join the Crown Lands team who manage and sustain some of the most diverse and iconic land across NSW:


  • Permanent full-time opportunity based out of Parramatta Office with flexible working arrangements available:

Salary relative to experience, and ranges from $67,975 to $73,901 + super


Crown Lands is currently seeking to appoint a
Property Services Officer to provide frontline service and undertake a range of tasks in the reserve, sales, tenure, natural resource and property management field to achieve government priorities in the management of Crown land.


About You


As the Property Services Officer you will be responsible for supporting the Group Leader and wider team with a range of administrative duties including records management, mail receipt and sorting, banking and maintenance of registers.

You will assist with responding to a range of customer enquiries and requests for information as well as over all day-to-day organisation and coordination of priorities set by the Group Leader.

There will also be case work and project work involvement including field work where required.


To be successful, you will be highly organised, a team player, have excellent people skills and ideally have previous working experience in administration or customer service.

There is plenty of the job training available, this is an ideal role for someone looking to grow their skills set and develop their career.


Essential Requirements

  • Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field or equivalent level of knowledge and experience in the industry
  • Current drivers' licence and willingness to travel
