As a customer centric and self-driven Practice Business Development (Territory) Manager you will be responsible for promoting the organisation's leading dentistry aesthetic and capital equipment portfolio to General Dentists within their clinics across a defined Victorian territory.

Reporting to the National Sales Manager, you will strategise and implement business development and sales activities effectively, whilst emphasising on training and education.

Supported by a highly skilled clinical team, in this role you will thrive on building a strong personal and corporate brand whilst demonstrating a clear understanding of the product, dental market and ability to add value to your customer's business.

Proven Skills and Experience

Strong understanding of Australia's dental market
Genuine interest in Dentistry Aesthetic
Proven successes in maximising sales and achieving set budgets / targets
Commercially savvy; including effective business planning and execution
Clinically and technically savvy, with strong emphasis on training and education
Capabilities in developing and maintaining effective business working relationships
Tertiary qualifications in either a business/science discipline.
