About the role:
An exciting opportunity currently exists for an enthusiastic Registrar to join our Cancer Services as the
Cancer Cover Registrar in the Olivia Newton-John Cancer Wellness and Research Centre (ONJ Centre) at Austin Health.
February 2024. Prior exposure with care of oncology and/or haematology and/or palliative care patients is desirable but not essential.
To be successful in this role you must have:
- Registration as a Medical Practitioner with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
- Appropriate training and experience applicable to the field; ie passed Divisional Written Exam and eligible for pAT
- Demonstrated commitment to high quality patient care
- Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration, and adaptable to changing environments
- Demonstrated ability to communicate at all levels
- Demonstrated understanding of clinical governance
