VPS4 Policy Officer

You will play a key role in the division, which is developing multiple, intersecting strategies to successfully implement this complex reform in partnership with universities and other stakeholders.

The division is responsible for developing strategies to attract and retain teachers and undertaking sophisticated quantitative analysis to inform policy development.

The work includes supporting regional staff with working with schools, monitoring implementation progress and identifying and mitigating risks

To succeed in this role, you will demonstrate the Victorian Public Sector values, excel in a fast-paced and changing environment, have strong policy and communication skills and enjoy investigating challenging problems.

You will enjoy a collaborative and supportive team environment focused on achieving positive outcomes.
