We are currently seeking Rental Operations Agents across our suburban Victorian branches.


What is this role all about?


As a Customer Experience Agent with SIXT Australia, you'll play a pivotal role in making people and their things easily mobile through the delivery of premium customer service.


Your responsibilities will be:

  • Providing an exciting and premium customer experience, exceeding customer expectations every time.
  • Opening and closing rental agreements seamlessly and accurately.
  • Pickup and delivery of vehicles, when required
  • General administrative tasks
  • Regular cleaning of vehicles to a premium standard
  • Ensuring all aspects of SIXT's quality controls are delivered and maintained, including presentation of the counters, paperwork and fleet.
  • Selling additional, over the counter, rental products
  • Other administrative and operational tasks and being part of team to ensure a high level of presentation of the Branch.

What do we need from you?
To be successful in this position, our new team member will be able to demonstrate the following:

  • Excellent communication skills, a can-do, positive attitude and a flair for sales.
  • Strong attention to detail, including administration and presentation
  • Previous experience in the retail or hospitality industry is preferred, but not essential
  • Monitoring and organising fleet on a daily basis
  • Competent computer skills to perform daily tasks
  • Current, unrestricted full driving licence
  • Full working rights in Australia
  • Ability to multitask during peak periods and able to work unsupervised
  • A flexible attitude is required as our locations are 7day operations so shifts will include some weekends
