    The Experience Group has an exciting new opportunity for a customer-obsessed User Experience (UX) Designer to join the Experience Design & Capability team.

    The Experience Design & Capability Team are a group of human-obsessed change-makers whose role is to story tell insights to engage and excite our business about our customers. They build pathways from insights to action to design branded experiences our people, customers, and communities love.

    About you:

    As the User Experience Designer, you will bring our Urban Utilities brand to life through delivery of our digital roadmap and design of our digital channels that continually enhances the experience for our people, customers and community.

    We're looking for someone who is:

    • Customer obsessed: continuously improves the digital customer experience by identifying opportunities through digital analytics and customer feedback.
    • A storyteller: able to synthesise insights and articulate desired customer experiences to create and maintain engaging content that supports the customer journey.
    • A problem solver: thrives on investigating digital user experience (UX) challenges, solving them and seeing them through to resolution.
    • Collaborator: champions the customer needs via strong cross-functional collaboration within the business.
    • An innovator: challenges the status quo and fosters a culture of innovation by embedding new problem-solving methods across our business.

    It would be great if you have:

    • 2-5 years' experience working in a digital experience design role.
    • Demonstrated experience in designing and delivering information architectures, wireframes, and user interface and visual designs
    • Experience translating actionable insights from digital analytic tools such as Google Analytics and Hotjar.
    • Experience using web content management systems. Salesforce highly desirable.
    • Experience writing content for digital channels, including websites, emails and SMS.
    • Experience with SEO management, including site mark-up, content design and metadata.
    • Experience in both UX design testing and User Acceptance Testing methodologies
