Sierra PropertyCom is looking for professional consultants to assist with customer service on a part time, full time, or casual basis.
This role is for an individual that has demonstrated experience and encompasses the following qualities;- Strong Organizational skills
- Able to take initiative
- Problem solving skills
- Customer service oriented
- Great phone manner
- Has attention to detail
- Focused and Committed to completing tasks successfully by their deadlines
- Able to work under pressure
- Able to work as part of a team
- Has ambitions to grow into a management position
- Is a responsible and reliable team member
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Strong English written and verbal
- Good Chinese language preferred but not essential
- Outbound telemarketing experience preferred but not essential
This is a work from home position, however, we often catch up at a shared city office 1-2 times per month.
