Description
Doppiozero Beaconsfield is an Italian Pizzeria and Wine Bar seeking a Restaurant Supervisor to join our team
We are open Monday to Friday 5pm - late, then Saturday to Sunday 12pm - 3pm/5pm - late.

Full time or part time hours available.


Main duties and role include:

- assist in hiring and training new employers as well as continuous training of existing staff
- oversee front of house operations including maintaining high quality food standards, provide exceptional customer experience and lead staff to do the same
- respond to customer complaints quickly and resolve them effectively
- delegate and manage front of house staff when responsible or on duty for a shift

  • Demonstrated experience as a FOH Supervisor (or above) in a high volume, fastpaced environment
  • Exceptional service skills
  • Highly adaptable and able to perform in highpressure service periods
  • Organisational and time management skills
  • Solid understanding of supervisory practices
  • Exceptional communication and presentation
  • Proactive, strong work ethic with a "can do" attitude
  • Passion for hospitality and with a drive to develop your career
  • Able and willing to work weekends, public holidays, opening and closing shifts
  • A current RSA
