Doppiozero Beaconsfield is an Italian Pizzeria and Wine Bar seeking a Restaurant Supervisor to join our teamWe are open Monday to Friday 5pm - late, then Saturday to Sunday 12pm - 3pm/5pm - late.
Full time or part time hours available.
Main duties and role include:
- assist in hiring and training new employers as well as continuous training of existing staff
- oversee front of house operations including maintaining high quality food standards, provide exceptional customer experience and lead staff to do the same
- respond to customer complaints quickly and resolve them effectively
- delegate and manage front of house staff when responsible or on duty for a shift
- Demonstrated experience as a FOH Supervisor (or above) in a high volume, fastpaced environment
- Exceptional service skills
- Highly adaptable and able to perform in highpressure service periods
- Organisational and time management skills
- Solid understanding of supervisory practices
- Exceptional communication and presentation
- Proactive, strong work ethic with a "can do" attitude
- Passion for hospitality and with a drive to develop your career
- Able and willing to work weekends, public holidays, opening and closing shifts
- A current RSA
