Lawson Elliott have partnered with an exciting organisation with a strong culture, who are experiencing tremendous growth.

They are seeking a Head of Finance to provide excellent leadership and deliver all finance operations, financial systems, and reporting for the business.

Reporting into the COO, you will be key in the organisations finance strategy by offering analysis, insights and recommendations to improve performance.

Your role will include:

Effective and timely management reporting & analysis
Strategic planning
Budgeting and forecasting
Master business intelligence and data analysis through Excel and implementing new accounting tools
Providing decision support through insights & market trends
Providing tax and financial compliance
Oversee the payroll process
Stakeholder management and engagement

This role will pay between $140k and $160k plus Super, depending on your experience.

This is a full-time permanent position with potential for work-from home flexibility on a hybrid basis - 1 day per week.
