Join our team Melbourne Wagyu Company is expanding our production line and we are currently seeking two meat processing workers to join our team.

Location: 301 Arthur St, Fairfield VIC 3078

Working hours:
Monday to Friday (negotiable)

• 05:00 AM 09:00 AM
• 09:00 AM 12:30 PM
• 12:30 PM 04:30 PM

Specific work hours can be adjusted according to actual needs.

Salary will be commensurate with industry experience, skills and other abilities.


Daily job duties and responsibilities:

• Process approximately 200kg to 500kg of meat products (varies depending on the product) per day
• Put on processing uniform and prepare for work every morning
• Unpack beef raw materials and trim excess fat with a knife
• Process beef with slicing machine
• Pack the processed beef, mainly using vacuum or heatseal packaging
• Clean the workplace thoroughly after work every day

Requirements:

• Good character, no bad habits, physically fit, able to handle goods weighing 1520kg
• Able to tolerate cold temperature (04°C for refrigeration, 18°C for freezing) due to frequent access to the cold storage area
• Dexterous, careful, and strictly follow the processing procedures
• Experience in related fields is preferred, and workshop processing experience is preferred
• Able to operate processing machinery and equipment, such as slicing machines, chopping machines, mincers, and deboning machines (training will be provided by the company)

Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Contract length: 12 months

Part-time hours: 38 per week


Salary:
$ $30.00 per hour
