The Opportunity:


We are looking for a small, yet impactful team of energetic, engaging, and enthusiastic Exercise Physiologists as we open the doors to our new Gold Coast Centre in Burleigh Heads.

We are an innovative NDIS registered allied health service provider. We support our community with autism and other neurological challenges, through unique play-based therapies that our clients love.

With multi-disciplinary facilities also in Brisbane, Sydney and Melbourne, and strong demand for additional locations, we are committed to building and nurturing a team of like-minded individuals.


Our foundational program is based on sensorimotor integration and our network of therapies includes Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy, Early Childhood Intervention, Physiotherapy and Exercise Physiology.

You will be involved in:
  • Providing interventions to target reflex and sensorimotor integration whilst considering an individual's sensory processing strengths and challenges, self
  • regulation and motor differences
  • Facilitating functional and stimulating experiences to target and achieve individualised goals
  • Implementing, monitoring and reviewing treatment plans
  • Conducting neurodevelopmental efficiency tests to determine baseline and posttreatment data
  • Providing high quality feedback and education to parents and caregivers
  • Advocating for the child and family and supporting self advocacy skills
  • Maintaining high quality documentation including written assessments and reports, and case notes for all clients
  • Together with all staff, you will have a shared and overriding responsibility to support the company's clients and their parents, carers and guardians during all contact points with the company.
  • Compliance with NDIS code of conduct

Selection Criteria:


The be considered for this role, you must hold or be willing to obtain the following:

  • A relevant tertiary qualification in Exercise Physiology
  • Appropriate Registration with ESSA (AEP)
  • NDIS Workers Clearance and Working with Children Checks
  • First Aid & CPR Certifications
  • Have flexible work hours including a Tuesday
  • Saturday roster
  • This is a handson and active role. You will regularly be required to stand, walk, sit, climb, balance, kneel, crouch, crawl and lift
  • Demonstrated history of positive interaction with children with special needs or complex challenges
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work both collaboratively with members of a multidisciplinary team with a familycentred and strengthsbased approach.
