ServiceNow UX Designer Sydney


The Role
As a UI/UX Designer, you will craft product experiences for our customers, partners, and internal teams.

Take ownership of the end-to-end process, from discovery through launch, and collaborate with a cross-functional team of product owners, engineers, and business leaders.

This role is to deliver great experiences and ensure our propositions are brought to life through engaging digital experiences.


The role's key objectives include:


  • Work closely with product owners, developers, and business analysts to understand user requirements and translate them into effective UI/UX designs for ServiceNow.
  • Design and prototype user interfaces for the ServiceNow platform, ensuring a seamless and userfriendly experience.
  • Conduct user research and gather feedback to inform design decisions and iterate on UI/UX designs based on user needs and preferences.
  • Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes to communicate design concepts and validate user flows.
  • Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and UI component libraries to ensure consistency and scalability across the ServiceNow platform.
  • Work closely with developers to ensure the feasibility of design implementations and provide guidance on frontend development best practices.

About You:


  • Proven experience as a UI/UX designer
  • Proficiency in UI/UX design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar software
  • Strong understanding of usercentered design principles and best practices for creating intuitive and accessible user interfaces
  • Knowledge of frontend web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and their impact on UI/UX design
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in crossfunctional teams.
  • Attention to detail and ability to balance user needs, business requirements, and technical constraints in design solutions.
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow platform design guidelines is desirable.
