Or maybe you have been a multi-function Executive Assistant who has been responsible for administration workflows and office management.

One thing you will need to be is someone who has worked in small to medium enterprise in a multifunctional role.

What will your day to day look like in this incredible organisation?


Key responsibilities:


  • Proactively manage the administration and communications team (34 currently), ensuring the reception desk is staffed, boardroom and meeting rooms are prepared and reset, and telephones and mail are attended to and maintained to a high standard.
  • Facilitate Office Maintenance managing storage and archiving processes and procedures, stationery, supplies, equipment and furniture, liaising with external suppliers (cleaners, technology, telephone system etc.)
  • Ensure Agenda / Minute preparation for internal meetings.
  • Develop and maintain the companies policy and procedural documents.
  • Project/contract administration support, as required.
  • EA support to the COO and MD with diary management, travel and other tasks assigned.
  • Ensure OHS policies and procedures are up to date.
  • Ensure staff follow safe work practices.
  • Create, maintain and foster a safe work environment at all times.
