Food Truck Assistant Manager
Coldrolls Handcrafted Ice-cream is seeking an assistant manager for our busy food truck business.

The job role includes but is not limited to:

• Prepping the truck before events
• Delivery, setup and pack down of the truck at events
• Assist in food preparations during events
• Managing other Staff
• Taking customer orders and controlling stock levels
• This role requires commitment to work 68 hour shifts mainly in the afternoon evening.
• Must be comfortable towing a trailer

Most common work times - Wednesday 2-9pm, Thursday 2-10pm, Friday 2-10pm, Saturday 5.30am - 1.30pm


Job Types:
Casual, Seasonal

Contract length: 7-8 months


Salary:
$ $30.00 per hour


Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Evening shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

• Bonus
