Residential Service Delivery Officer - Morwell, Australia - Aussie Broadband
Description
We are looking for Residential Service Delivery Officers to join our growing team on a permanent full time basis (37.5 hours per week to be worked between a 8am to 8pm, Monday to Friday, and 8:30am - 4:30pm Saturday).
Based at our Morwell office, this is a call centre-based position providing support to the service delivery team.- At Aussie Broadband we see difference as our point of difference. Day to day, the role looks like:
- Liaising with customers, sales and technical staff
- Handling inbound calls in relation to customer orders and enquiries
- Assisting procurement to ensure the timely delivery of required equipment for projects
- Managing customer's contracts and Service Level Agreements
- Performing quality assurance examinations to ensure services meet to our high standards
- Coordinating orders using our provisioning system and intervene manually when required
The things that are really (really) important:
Experience in data entry and customer service is essential to succeed in this role, and experience within the telecommunications industry or a call centre environment is an advantage Specifically, you must be able to handle customers problems and have the resilience to find them a solution.
You also need to be a clear communicator and be able to converse and explain technical information in an 'easy to understand' manner.
Computer literacy is also a must, as you need to type up notes from calls, and use basic software packages etc.
