Our client services the Oil & Gas industry and they currently have an opening for a hardworking and enthusiastic HR Coordinator to join their team.
They have a global presence with a market leading reputation and culture to match.Description
Duties will Include, but not limited to;
- Running numerous reports including leave and absenteeism
- Assisting with reviews and updates of internal HR documentation
- Guidance and advice inline with company policies and procedures
- Monitoring the HR Department shared inbox
- Employee Relations; supporting dept managers with performance management issues
- Meeting with line managers to discuss staffing changes or requirements
- Providing HR Administration support to the wider team
Profile
As an ideal applicant, you will have;
- Previous experience within a similar HR Generalist capacity
- Confidence and strong interpersonal skills
- Australian legislation knowledge
- Excellent communication style and ability
- Intermediate to advanced MS Office skills
- Outstanding organisation and attention to detail
- Strong use of initiative and a proactive nature
