The Company:


Job Purpose:


Reporting to the Global Support Manager, the ISC Team Leader (Role) is accountable for leading and managing the ISC team members within their assigned region(s).


Travel Requirements:

Up to 10%.


Job Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Ensuring the ISC function is delivered with the highest level of professionalism, efficiency, and effectiveness.

This includes:
- meeting contractual obligations for the delivery of service and support to customers.

  • Setting up and commissioning of new product installations and system upgrades
  • Endtoend service ticket management in line with MineWare's service delivery policies and procedures.
  • Managing, developing, and maintaining a firstclass service delivery team to meet the objectives listed above
  • Contributing to and implementing local and global strategies which will improve levels of customer satisfaction and product availability and reliability.
  • Timely response and resolution of all customer tickets in line with SLA agreements.
  • Customer satisfaction.
  • Execution of and contribution to the continuous improvement of MineWare's Support Framework
  • Effective HR management to ensure MineWare has effective and sufficient resources to deliver on its service and support obligations.
  • Providing line management of ISC team members, including contribution to standard human resource management responsibilities such as recruitment, performance management, team motivation, administration, onboarding, policy implementation, etc.

Required Skills:


Work Experience:

  • 3+ year's Experience leading and motivating a team of similar size and capability
  • Background in ICT, software development, or other relevant training/experience

Technical Experience:

  • Windows Operating Systems and Networking
  • User security and rights management
  • Windows 7 + technology and Windows server technologies
  • Application setup and maintenance
  • Understanding Firewall, NAT and Routing rules
  • Basic network diagnostics
  • Basic Microsoft SQL Server and Transact-SQL
