CRM Online is looking for a HubSpot Expert to join our team and help us take our company to the next level As a HubSpot Expert, you will be responsible for planning, building, and optimising HubSpot platform.


As a HubSpot Expert, you will:

  • Manage the HubSpot platform
  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing team to configure HubSpot to meet business requirements and enhance user experience.
  • Overseeing data management, dashboard creation and automation.
  • Ensuring all communication activities are entered into the system, and information is up to date.
  • Maintain and manage all information in propriety CRM systems.
  • Create marketing and sales related reports.
  • Analysing the processes, workflows, and activities of sales and creating sales automation programs that increase overall team performance and productivity.
  • Refine and help create new workflows and optimise overall process.
  • Facilitate integrations of external tools with HubSpot for enhanced productivity and collaboration.
  • Continuous improvement in system performance and optimisation based on industry best practices and requirement.

Education and Qualifications:

  • Technical expertise in configuring and customising HubSpot workflows, automation, and integrations.
  • With at least 2 years experience working with HubSpot, with a deep understanding of its features.
  • Proven track record in B2B HubSpot environments and knowledge of best practices for new business and client retention strategies
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make datadriven decisions.
  • Ability to effectively communicate complex concepts.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with crossfunctional teams.
  • Excellent work ethic, initiative, and organisational skills.
  • HubSpot certification is a plus.

Salary:
$25, $35,000.00 per year
