About the Role


Reporting to the Head of Partnerships, you will be responsible for establishing and growing new and existing partnerships of PG NSW.

You will work with the wider business to facilitate outstanding relations with our partners, develop assets, manage contracts, drive sales of sponsor packages, help to create partnership proposals and ensure deliverables are met in a timely and professional manner.

You will be responsible for developing and maintaining solid and mutually beneficial relationships with external partners, communicating effectively with internal and external stakeholders, managing administration tasks efficiently using communications tools and CRM software to help build a thriving partnership ecosystem.


Key Responsibilities Include

  • Drive sales of sponsorship packages (with targets) to new and existing corporate partners through research, lead generation, lead nurture, solution planning, financial negotiation, setting appointments, following up conversations in a timely manner, recording activity in the CRM and liaising internally with appropriate stakeholders to maximise opportunities.
  • Support the Head of Partnerships on partnership activity, pre, during and after delivery, planning for and attendance at meetings as appropriate, to define and deliver existing and new corporate partnership relationships.
  • Create presentations for client activities in Powerpoint.
  • Management of partnership inkind stock and storage facilities.
  • Drafting contracts for all agreements.
  • Coordinating partner activities including but not limited to: events, online marketing activities, inkind asset provision, giveaways and competitions, content production.
  • Briefing in campaigns from clients to the marketing teams, gathering information as appropriate and keeping clients up to date on activities.
  • As the face of PG NSW, you will be expected to plan and manage client activities autonomously and always communicate appropriately and professionally.
  • Support the Head of Partnerships in delivering and nurturing existing and new partners, sponsors and advertisers through campaign management and brilliant customer service
  • Assist with Client Relationship Management in the new CRM. Responsible for ensuring all campaign elements for partnerships, sponsors and advertisers are delivered on time and to a high standard.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and communications team and internal stakeholders to support membership growth through client activities.
