We're looking for a Manager - ARB Air Systems and Driveline Products to spearhead this exciting journey with us.


Your Role:


Reporting to the Global Head of Products, we're in search of a dynamic and seasoned Manager to join our global headquarters in Kilsyth, Melbourne.

In this capacity, you'll hold a crucial position in overseeing the execution and enhancement of our Air Systems and Driveline product categories which are a cornerstone of ARB's offerings, while working with some of the most renowned global 4x4 brands.

Leveraging your outstanding analytical, planning, and teamwork talents, you'll spearhead portfolio expansion through innovative product development and deliver strategic guidance for these products across all ARB markets, consistently surpassing customer expectations.


Your responsibilities will include:

Spotting Opportunities:
Identify and capitalise on market opportunities in both domestic and international markets.

Innovative Collaboration:
Lead cross-functional teams to drive the development of groundbreaking products.

Market Insight:
Analyse consumer demand and forecast product needs.

Detail-Oriented:
Maintain and update portfolio product specifications, including technical details, owner's manuals, catalogues, and price lists.

Effective Marketing:
Ensure compelling marketing materials and support are readily available.

Customer Support:
Support the ARB network and customers with technical and sales support.

Training:
Contribute to creating and delivering training and development tools for the product portfolio.

Exceptional Interpersonal Skills:
Engage and influence stakeholders, especially at senior levels.

Off-Road Enthusiasm:
Familiarity with 4x4 accessories and off-road vehicles.

Business Leadership:
Proven track record of business leadership and a growth mindset.

ARB Know-How:
Knowledge of ARB's current product range, plus experience in camping and caravanning industries (a big plus).

Quick Thinking:
Ability to adapt on the fly with commercially sensible strategies that benefit both ARB and our partners.

Communication:
Advanced communication skills to effectively present and articulate performance and proposals.

Technical Savvy:
Possess an understanding of engineering and manufactured products.
