Northern Rivers In Home Care is a not for profit approved In Home Care Provider on the Gold Coast and Northern Rivers areas.

_In Home Child Care is an education funded by the Australian Government Department of Education.

It is designed to help families who have no access to existing child care services or families whose circumstances mean that existing child care cannot meet their needs.

We are looking for a flexible childcare educator to support a shift worker family in Robina, Gold Coast. The mum is a nurse so requires care for afternoons/evenings, on average there will be 2 shifts a week.

The children are 6 and 8 years old.


Days and Hours:

**On average there will be two shifts a week consisting of: - **3.00pm-10.00pm

Hourly rate:

$35.00 per hour includes Superannuation


Qualifications and Criteria required:

Certificate III in Children's Services or working towards_
- _
18 years old +_
- _
Hold a current First Aid and CPR Certificate
  • Childcare First Aid Training_
- _
Blue Card and Police Clearance_
- _
Liability insurance (once successfully placed with a family )_
- _
Medical Clearance_
- _
Child Protection (refresher required every 2 years)_
- _
ABN_
- _
Photo ID_
- _
PRODA RA (the office will assist you with this)_
- _
Reliable car and drivers licence_

Salary:
$35.00 per hour


Schedule:

Licence/Certification:

  • Police Clearance (preferred)
  • ABN (preferred)
  • Child Protection Refresher (preferred)
  • Cert III in Early Childhood Education and Care (required)
  • HLTAID012 Provide First Aid in an education and care setting (required)


  • HLTAID00

  • Provide cardiopulmonary resuscitation (required)
  • Blue Card (preferred)
