Galvin Engineering have an opportunity for a self-driven Warehouse Officer to join the team based at our Victoria office in Tullamarine.


Our Warehouse Superstar will take responsibility for:

  • Customer Service enquiries
  • Store administration duties including data entry, customer service, sorting dockets
  • Picking, packing and dispatching duties
  • Dealing with truck/courier drivers
  • Receiving stock and stocking warehouse
  • Stock consolidations
  • Housekeeping
  • Container unloading
  • Forklift Driving
But we don't want just any Warehouse Officer

You will be professional, reliable and motivated.

And you will also have a bit of:

  • Previous store/admin experience
  • Current Drivers licence
  • Forklift licence (essential)
  • Accurate numeracy skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Computer Literate (with prior database exposure)
  • Strong communication skills
  • Excellent organisation and time management skills
  • A will do attitude with a strong customer service focus
  • Ability to work well within a team environment
