Head of Business Implementation

What you'll do- Reporting to the Chief Product Officer, you will be the business lead for all transformation activities and plans, overseeing the successful implementation of all investment plan programs.- Accountable for the implementation of transformation plans into the business and to customers which ensures and enables the business and commercial objectives.

In partnership with the Transformation Program Manager ensure all activities, plans and stage gates are established and facilitate key decisions from the executive team.
Oversee the execution of all implementation activities, including business operating models, communication plans, risk and mitigation plans and change management activities.
Work in partnership with Product GMs to understand business cases, customers and ensure alignment with approach and outcomes.
Lead the execution of all business related tasks as it applies to the transformation program(s).
Coordination and leadership of cross functional teams executing implementation activities.
Reporting and providing status updates to the executive team on implementation and migration plans

What experience you need
years experience in a large transformation in large organisation, big bank or other.
