Responsibilties:

Collaboration with the program test team & project team members to coordinate activities, identify and highlight risks and issues, provide estimates of work required and give regular updates during Daily standups.
Lead the development of the Test Strategy with good understanding of the development life cycle and areas of testing and methods
Lead the development of highquality test documentation such as test plans, test summary reports, manual test cases and test reports.
Create, maintain and perform functional test cases for delivery of new services and functionality delivered on the Digital Services Platform leveraging WordPress, Mulesoft, salesforce and data hub capability.
Provide test coverage for Salesforce custom objects and/or master data management models.
Working with User Stories & features using Jira & Confluence
Setting up test cycles and reporting dashboards in test management tools such as ALM and Zephyr.
Ensuring the readiness of test resources such as test environments, user access and workstations.
Coordinate and assist business representatives in the documentation and execution of user acceptance test cases. Ensure business representatives sign off on testing related documentation.
Following the Defect Management process including performing prioritisation of defects.
Track and report on project testing activities as required.
Providing advice and leadership to project teams to ensure that the testing approach is appropriate and targeted to the required functions and to an appropriate depth

Experience:

Experience with international testing standards such as the ISTQB/ISEB or IEEE standards.
A relevant tertiary qualification to degree level in business, technology or management related areas;
Ability to work within both waterfall and agile methodologies or a hybrid
Experience in working across complex projects with many stakeholders and SMEs simultaneously
Experience using testing tools, experience with QC ALM and Microsoft Azure Devops
Experience in devising test strategies with varying levels of granularity
Experienced in full end to end testing, including technical back end, integration and front end testing
Strong manual, ad hoc and exploratory testing skills.
Adept at test reporting of test results and coverage.
Experience in reviewing and introducing testing best practices.
