In this role, you'll have a unique opportunity to implement tailored injury prevention strategies with the assistance of wearable technology and tracking software with the client, based in South-West Sydney.

As the onsite physiotherapist with a strong belief in the health benefits of good work and recovering at work, you will call on your clinical reasoning skills to support people who have sustained a minor physical injury and implement basic return to and recover at work planning.

Your duties will include:

Meeting with and liaising with internal stakeholders within the workplace including:
Trending patterns of movement with certain tasks
Implementation of task modifications to reduce the likelihood of injuries
Monitoring the data and output of the 'control group' to assist their personal manual handling techniques
Implementation of modified duties for assistance with return to work following an acute injury

What will make you successful:

Current unrestricted registration or membership with APHRA
Tertiary qualifications in Physiotherapy
Strong clinical reasoning experience in Occupational Rehabilitation and clinical is highly desirable.
Ability to engage across teams within the workplace to support the achievement of a common goal.
Passion to prevent workplace injuries and help people recover
