We're on the hunt for an experienced
Program Assurance Manager for our
Risk Excellence Program. You'll work closely with audit colleagues and coordinate program assurance planning, _but this is not an audit role_, you'll be part of our program delivery team

You'll coordinate and contribute to assurance planning, perform quality assurance over program documentation across the
Risk Excellence Program and work key stakeholders across the bank ensuring all documentation is ready for review for our internal audit team or external audit partners.

Key responsibilities also include managing regulatory reporting and inquiries related to the program working together with our regulatory liaison team.

This role ensures relevant standards and governance are met and the program delivers on its key objectives.

We're excited to hear from those with a background that may include audit experience or someone with risk and compliance experience where you've conducted quality assurance or independent deep dive reviews.

You'll have exceptional attention to detail to ensure no stone is left unturned, while enjoying working closely with senior stakeholders across our business

Are you ready to make an impact?_

What are you going to do? You will be

Coordinating assurance activities and contributing to program assurance planning together with key stakeholders
Acting as a single point of contact for the internal and external assurance teams
Collating responses to inquiries from stakeholders, reviewing and challenging responses and documentation
Effectively reviewing and challenging delivery teams on the documentation and evidencing of closure packs evidencing delivery to ensure high quality auditable documentation and advising stakeholders on documentation standards.
Coordinating regulatory reporting and inquiries over the program working in cohesion with the regulatory relationship team

What are we looking for? Someone who has

An understanding of audit and assurance standards and practices
Knowledge of risk frameworks and practices
Knowledge of regulatory requirements
45 years' experience in Financial Services in Audit or Risk and Compliance assurance function
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with proven problem solving and analytical skills
The ability to negotiate with all levels of management to influence decisions and make recommendations
Excellent time and priority management skills with the ability to operate effectively under time pressure
Sharp attention to detail and selfdriven
